Tickle the Pickle [Global Game Jam 2024]

Embark on a hilarious and challenging pickle-picking adventure in "Tickle the Pickle"! Your mission is to skillfully extract the last remaining pickle from a jar, testing your dexterity and reflexes. Sounds simple, right? Well, it's not that easy! Handle the pickle with care, or risk it slipping through your fingers and plummeting to the bottom of the jar...
Compete with friends for the fastest pickle-picking time, strategize your moves, and revel in the laughter-inducing chaos that unfolds when you mix precision, speed, and the unpredictability of a runaway pickle.

How to play:

Use the mouse movement to move the arm.

Press and hold left button to grab the pickle, when the hand lights up.

While holding the pickle, balance left and right to not let it slip out of the hand, at the same time pulling the arm up.

Watch out for the pickle "sensitivity" meter in the upper left corner. If you take too much time taking out the pickle or lose the balance too many times, it will let go of the juice and you will lose.

You can, however, prevent that a little by holding the right button to tickle the pickle (huh?), which for some reason makes it calmer.
